The Erasmus+ program allows participants to undertake training in an educational institution, training organization, or company for a minimum of two consecutive days .
This training can take the form of an observation placement, a training course, or language courses. Please note that conferences are not eligible.
The training will be recorded in the participant’s individual training record upon their return from their mobility period.

Training mobility is open to all staff members of the institution (administrative, technical, and service staff, teaching staff, doctoral students on contract, and post-doctoral researchers). The opinion of the applicant’s line manager is required at the time of application.
Permanent, contract, and temporary staff members may benefit from this program provided their contract covers the mobility period; temporary staff must provide the agreement of their primary employer.

This training can take place in a country within the European Union or outside Europe ( Erasmus+ eligible countries ).
An Erasmus+ agreement does not need to be signed between ULCO and the host institution. 

BIATSS staff on mobility will not be entitled to time off in lieu if the travel days and/or their mobility take place on days that are not usually worked (e.g., round trip during the weekend or training on a Wednesday when the employee does not usually work that day).

On June 22, 2026, an email was sent (from the email address: mobility.staff-phd@univ-littoral.fr ) to all ULCO staff presenting mobility opportunities.

Applications are submitted by completing the online MOVEON form, the link to which is provided in the email sent.

The form will be active until  Sunday, September 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM.

A committee will meet at the end of September 2026 to review the applications. 

The stay must take place before July 31, 2027.
