Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching Assignment (STA)
Thanks to the Erasmus+ program, ULCO offers you the opportunity to undertake a teaching assignment with one of its partners.
Erasmus+ teaching mobility involves delivering courses abroad for a minimum of 8 hours over a period of between 2 (consecutive) days and 2 months.
These hours spent abroad count as 4 hours towards the statutory teaching load at ULCO.
Contractual lecturers and doctoral students may apply for Erasmus+ teaching mobility, subject to the approval of their department or thesis supervisor.
Tenured, contract, and temporary staff are eligible for this mobility; temporary staff must provide the agreement of their primary employer.
This teaching assignment must be carried out at one of ULCO’s partner institutions, either within the European Union or outside Europe (Erasmus+ eligible countries).
This is conditional upon an Erasmus+ agreement being signed by ULCO and the host institution before departure.
Outside the EU, priority is given to our strategic partners (Lebanon, Morocco, Vietnam, USTH).
On June 22, 2026, an email was sent (from the email address: mobility.staff-phd@univ-littoral.fr ) to all ULCO staff presenting mobility opportunities.
Applications are submitted by completing the online MOVEON form, the link to which is provided in the email sent.
The form will be active until Sunday, September 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
A committee will meet at the end of September 2026 to review the applications.
The stay must take place before July 31, 2027.
As a reminder, an Erasmus+ agreement must be signed by ULCO and the host institution before departure .
Priority is given to mobilities carried out in the countries of the European Union and within the framework of existing Erasmus+ ULCO agreements providing for teaching mobility; when it is a new partner or the expansion of an existing agreement, prior opinion from the Management of the Department or Laboratory is required before the establishment of the agreement.
Please note that the agreements mentioned in the list of our partners opposite are subject to ongoing digital renewals for the period 2021/2027.
Ariane allows you, when you are travelling or on a one-off mission, to register yourself free of charge and easily with the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs .
Registration on the Ariane website, designed in consultation with the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority), offers full guarantees of security and confidentiality for personal data.
It does not replace consular registration (register of French citizens living abroad) if the stay exceeds 6 months .
Once your data has been entered on Ariane:
- You will receive security recommendations by email if the situation in the country warrants it.
- You will be contacted in the event of a crisis in your destination country.
- The contact person you have designated can also be notified if necessary.
