On June 22, 2026, an email was sent (from the email address: mobility.staff-phd@univ-littoral.fr ) to all ULCO staff presenting mobility opportunities.

Applications are submitted by completing the online MOVEON form, the link to which is provided in the email sent.

The form will be active until  Sunday, September 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM.

A committee will meet at the end of September 2026 to review the applications. 

The stay must take place before July 31, 2027.

Short-term doctoral study mobility is a program offered by Erasmus+ within the framework of the 2021/2027 project.
ULCO has decided to implement this type of mobility, but not all partner institutions offer this opportunity.
If the application receives a favorable opinion from the International Relations Strategic Committee, this does not guarantee that the mobility will take place. It will be necessary to verify with the partner institution that they accept the conditions of this mobility.

As a reminder, an Erasmus+ agreement must be signed by ULCO and the host institution before departure .
Priority is given to exchanges within European Union countries and within the framework of existing ULCO Erasmus+ agreements that provide for doctoral-level mobility. When a new partner is involved, or an existing agreement is being expanded, prior approval from the Laboratory Directorate is required before the agreement is finalized.
Countries where a joint doctoral supervision agreement is in place are excluded from this program.

Please note that the agreements mentioned in the list of our partners opposite are subject to ongoing digital renewals for the period 2021/2027.
