Mobilité de formation des personnels Erasmus+ (STT)
Grâce au programme Erasmus+, l’ULCO vous offre la possibilité d’effectuer une formation à l’étranger.
Le programme Erasmus+ permet d’effectuer une formation dans un établissement d’enseignement ou un organisme de formation ou une entreprise pour une durée de 2 jours (consécutifs) minimum.
Celle-ci peut se faire sous la forme d’un stage d’observation, d’une formation ou de cours de langues. Attention, les conférences ne sont pas éligibles.
La formation sera enregistrée dans la fiche individuelle de formation de l’agent au retour de mobilité.
La mobilité de formation s’adresse à tous les personnels de l’établissement (BIATSS, enseignants, doctorants contractuels et post-docs). L’avis du supérieur hiérarchique est demandé au moment de la candidature.
Les personnels titulaires, contractuels ou vacataires peuvent bénéficier de ce dispositif à condition que le contrat couvre la période de mobilité ; les vacataires devant fournir l’accord de leur employeur principal.
Cette formation peut se dérouler dans un pays de l’Union Européenne ou hors Europe (pays éligibles Erasmus+).
Il n’est pas nécessaire qu’un accord Erasmus+ soit signé entre l’ULCO et l’établissement d’accueil.
Les personnels BIATSS en mobilité ne pourront pas prétendre à une récupération si les jours de déplacement et/ou leur mobilité sont effectués pendant des jours habituellement non travaillés (ex. aller-retour durant le week-end ou formation un mercredi alors que l’agent ne travaille pas habituellement ce jour-là).
Le 22 juin 2026, un e-mail a été envoyé (par l’adresse mail : mobility.staff-phd@univ-littoral.fr) à tout le personnel ULCO présentant les possibilités de mobilité.
La candidature s’effectue en complétant le formulaire en ligne MOVEON dont le lien est indiqué dans le mail envoyé.
Vous devrez dans un premier temps créer un compte propre à MoveOn, attention à bien conserver vos identifiants pour consulter votre dossier ultérieurement.
Le formulaire sera actif jusqu’au dimanche 06 septembre 2026 à 23h59.
Une commission se réunira fin septembre 2026 afin d’étudier les candidatures. En fonction du montant total des bourses octroyé par l’Agence Erasmus+ France Education Formation, une sélection sera faite. La priorité sera donnée aux personnes n’ayant jamais bénéficié de ce programme.
Le séjour doit se dérouler avant le 31 juillet 2027.
Ariane vous permet, lorsque vous effectuez un voyage ou une mission ponctuelle, de vous signaler gratuitement et facilement auprès du ministère de l’Europe et des Affaires étrangères.
L’inscription sur le site Ariane, conçue en concertation avec la CNIL, offre toutes les garanties de sécurité et de confidentialité des données personnelles.
Elle ne se substitue pas à l’inscription consulaire (registre des Français établis hors de France) dès lors que le temps de séjour est supérieur à 6 mois.
Une fois vos données saisies sur Ariane :
- Vous recevrez des recommandations de sécurité par courriels si la situation dans le pays le justifie
- vous serez contacté(e) en cas de crise dans votre pays de destination
- la personne contact que vous aurez désignée pourra également être prévenue en cas de besoin
La présente plateforme en ligne développée dans le cadre du projet IMOTION centralise les informations sur les événements de formation du personnel administratif et technique des universités organisés en Europe. La plateforme vise à soutenir les établissements d’enseignement supérieur dans la promotion des événements de formation du personnel et à aider le personnel administratif et technique des universités à trouver la formation appropriée ou le stage d’observation qu’ils recherchent.

We are currently planning the event for one of the following two weeks:
* August 31 – September 4, 2026
* September 14 – September 18, 2026
If your institution still has available funds for Short-Term Staff (STT) mobilities and you would be interested in attending, we kindly ask you to let us know which of the proposed dates would work best for you.
This staff week will be free of charge, and we will arrange lunches on select days, along with engaging activities and visits around the city.
Please confirm your interest by indicating your preferred date. We are currently looking for a minimum of 15 participants.

We are delighted to announce our next edition of the International Staff Week (ISW) at VIVES – Commercial Sciences, Business Management and Applied Informatics in Kortrijk, Belgium, from 23 to 27 November 2026.
Our annual event is an excellent opportunity to boost your international network by meeting our staff as well as close to 40 foreign colleagues from at least 15 different countries all over the world.
This is a teaching event open to proposals for interactive workshops including a group assignment or case study in your field. You are invited to apply as guest lecturer for our second-year students in our bachelor (EQF level 6) or our associate degree (EQF level 5) programmes in Business Management, Organisation & Management, Wellbeing and Vitality Management and Applied Informatics. More about our format, programme and registration can be found here.
Registration is open until Sunday 13 September. Your proposal may be reviewed and approved before the deadline if it is deemed a good fit for our students. We will contact you if we require additional information or if your proposal is not selected. Applicants will be notified of the outcome as soon as possible, and no later than Wednesday, 23 September.
Please note that, to ensure broad participation, we generally accept a maximum of two delegates per partner institution, with a third delegate considered only in exceptional cases.

We’re delighted to announce that our 9th International Week will be held next October 2026 from Tuesday 20th to Thursday 22nd. We are preparing a new edition and look forward to welcoming you to our wonderful campus in Alicante.
Throughout the years colleagues from different countries have visited us and shared their fantastic lectures with our students. You will be able to introduce your home universities as well as your cities and culture as a way to promote the great experience of being an exchange student in your home countries. It will also be an opportunity to introduce interesting topics to our students from different disciplines. You’ll have the chance to meet new colleagues, share good teaching practices and explore ways to strengthen collaboration between your institution and our faculty. Additionally, we are working on a social programme to complete the experience of our International Week. We very much hope you can take home great memories from our university and our city.
- Applicants are asked to participate in the scheduled activities and prepare lectures in at least one of these fields:
- Economics
- Business and Management
- Marketing
- Sociology
- Advertising and Public Relations
- Social Work
- Tourism related to business and management.
- Computer Sciences related to business and management.
- We encourage you to focus your proposal on topics related to current issues that may be attractive as your audience will be undergraduate students from 2nd to 4th year. Master and/or doctoral students are also welcome to be part of the audience.
- All proposals will be carefully reviewed considering the potential interest to our students.
- Lectures or workshops (e.g. 2 or 2.5 hours of lectures which could be repeated in various fields and to several student target groups.)
- Attend other lectures as an observer to know different teaching methodologies and/or contents (job shadowing)
- Conferences (1-2 hour presentation and discussion of a special topic for lecturers.)
- University and Culture Info (being present and providing information for about 1-2 hours on a scheduled day during the week.)
