ULCO, a signatory to the Erasmus+ Charter, can welcome you as part of an Erasmus+ mobility programme:
- Teaching mobility (Staff Mobility for Teaching Assignment – STA), which involves delivering lectures abroad for a minimum of 8 hours over a period of between 2 (consecutive) days and 2 months. An Erasmus+ agreement must be signed by ULCO and your home institution before your arrival.
- Staff Mobility for Training (STT), which enables you to undertake training at an educational institution, a training organisation or a company for a minimum of 2 (consecutive) days.
This may take the form of a work shadowing placement, a training course or language lessons. Please note that conferences are not eligible. - Short-term doctoral mobility (SMS), which enables you to undertake a short-term doctoral study placement lasting between a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 30 days. An Erasmus+ agreement and a Learning Agreement must be signed by ULCO and your home institution before your arrival.
You will remain affiliated with your home university for the purposes of receiving the Erasmus+ grant.
The mobility agreement and the certificate of attendance must be submitted to our International Relations Office for the President’s signature.

Please note that for your visa application, you will need a hosting agreement issued by the Human Resources Department or the Research and Commercialisation Department (DiRVal) at ULCO (depending on your status):
